Lottie is the heart and soul of Bondi Rise. With a deep passion for movement, wellness, and community, she created Bondi Rise to bring the transformative power of Pilates to people both in-studio and online.
Her approach blends strength, flow, and mindfulness, ensuring every session leaves you feeling empowered and energised. With years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor, Lottie has designed a method that challenges and supports all levels, helping clients build confidence in their bodies. Whether leading a dynamic Reformer class in the East Molesey studio or guiding an on-demand session, her teaching style is uplifting, effective, and always encouraging.
