How does the trial pass work?
- We have two trial offers – a mat studio and reformer studio. Each trial pass is a one time offer and is available for new clients. Your trial pass will activate from your first class booking. The trial pass is a non-refundable and non-transferable.
What should I expect at my first class?
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class so we can show you around the studio! If you are brand new to reformer, your instructor will talk you through the reformer bed. We have all equipment so you don’t need to bring your own, but please bring socks to your reformer class.
Can I suspend my membership?
- Yes of course, suspensions are available to our 8 class monthly membership and unlimited Bondi Rise memberships. Please email hello@bondirise.com to arrange with at least 7 days notice.
When are classes available to book?
- We open our booking window 7 days in advance. For example on a Saturday you will be able to book classes up until the end of the day on the following Saturday.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
- We know life is busy and plans change! So we have a 6 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your space via your mind body account so we can free up your spot for someone else. If you fail to cancel your class and don’t show, you will lose the class credit.
